I have been using our wireless internet service Denver connection to do some travel research. We are planning a sunny vacation this summer ( June) and I have decided to find somewhere really unique that we have never been. One friend suggested that we look into visiting Isla Holbox in Mexico. It is between the Gulf and Carribean. The cool thing that you can do there in June is swim with the whale sharks. The beaches look private and there are not any cars allowed on the island. All of the reviews on Trip Advisor.com about the area have been rave and it is labeled as a “must visit”. It is also a really inexpensive trip. You can stay in a nice beach front hotel for eighty-five USD a night! What a steal! The only problem is that it is a little tricky to get there. You have to fly to Cancun and take a two hour bus ride. After the bus ride you have to ride a ferry for forty-five minutes to the island. Even though it is a lot of traveling, I think that we are going to check it out!
